1、一個(gè)重要的因素就是溫度。葡萄酒佳的保存溫度應(yīng)該是13℃左右。溫度好保持恒定,否則會(huì)對(duì)酒的品質(zhì)產(chǎn)生很大傷害。隨著溫度的升高,酒體的成熟所需時(shí)間也會(huì)縮短,酒的風(fēng)味會(huì)變得比較粗糙,還可能因過(guò)分氧化造成酒的變質(zhì)。

2、濕度的影響主要作用于軟木塞,濕度一般在60%—70%比較合適。濕度太低,軟木塞會(huì)變得干燥,影響密封效果,讓更多的空氣與酒接觸,加速酒的氧化,導(dǎo)致酒品質(zhì)下降。當(dāng)然,濕度過(guò)高也不好,軟木塞發(fā)霉也會(huì)破壞酒的品質(zhì)。
